Air fryer baked sweet potatoes are a simple and delicious side dish that is ready in 35 minutes. Sweet potatoes are brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with salt then air fried. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. A kid-favorite!
Prep the sweet potatoes. Poke the sweet potatoes with a fork 4-5 times. Drizzle with olive oil and spread with a pastry brush or your hands. Sprinkle with salt.
4 small sweet potatoes, rinsed and dried, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
⭐️Air Fry. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a knife can be easily inserted into the middle of the potato.

Tips & Tricks
Rinse the potatoes under water and wash away any dirt
Always poke the potato to allow steam to escape while cooking
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge
Serve savory or sweet, as a side dish or the main entree
