Ninja air fryer chicken wings are made with 3 ingredients, take just 20 minutes to cook, and taste amazing. Learn how to easily make your own fried chicken wings at home in a few simple steps.
1ouncepacket dry ranch dressing✅ We used Hidden Valley Ranch
2tablespoonsolive oil
Instructions
⭐️Prep the chicken wings. Place the chicken wings onto a cutting board. Using a sharp chefs knife carefully cut off the wingtips (these can be thrown away). Next cut the drummettes from the wingette. See the post for pictures of where to cut.
1.5 pounds chicken wings
Mix the sauce. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the dry ranch dressing and the olive oil. Add the chicken wingettes and drummettes and toss to combine.
Place chicken wings onto the air fry pan. Using tongs, place chicken wings in a single layer on the air fry pan.
⭐️ Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Once preheated, place the baking tray into the air fryer and bake for 10 minutes. Use tongs to flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°F.
Serve. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, on a salad, or chopped in a favorite recipe.
Notes
Fry these chicken wings for a total of 20 minutes. Cooking for 10 minutes then flipping before cooking for an additional 10 is key to crisping the entire wing.
We currently use the Ninja fryer with excellent results, but any air fryer model will work.
To cook frozen chicken wings, adjust the cooking time by increasing to a total time of 25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the wings is165°F.
Store in an air-tight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. Return to the air fryer for 10 minutes to reheat. While these wings do make a tasty leftover, they are best served the day they are fried.
