A gluten-free alfredo sauce that's lighter in calories with all the flavor. Using Greek yogurt, fresh parmesan cheese, lots of garlic and olive oil, this alfredo sauce is rich and creamy without all the fat. A kid-favorite that's ready in just 10 minutes!
Saute garlic, whisk in flour and broth. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute over medium heat. Slowly whisk in the flour then gradually add the chicken broth. Continue whisking until thickened.
Serve hot. Serve tossed with gluten-free pasta, over chicken, or drizzled over veggies.
Notes
Storage & Reheating Instructions
Store in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 5 days.
Reheat on the stove top or in the microwave by stirring every 20 seconds until hot. Slowly reheat and stir occasionally to prevent the sauce from separating or becoming grainy.
Pro Tips
Do not freeze as the sauce tends to separate upon reheating
Thicken by allowing the sauce to simmer on the stove until the desired thickness is reached. Stir occasionally.
