Our gluten-free tacos are made with shredded beef seasoned perfectly with a homemade taco seasoning mix. We include instructions on how to use frozen beef in the instant pot or cook all day in the slow cooker.
Add the beef and seasonings to the instant pot or slow cooker. Place the chuck roast into the instant pot or slow cooker. Add the beef broth, taco seasoning ingredients, and juice of 1 lime.
⭐️Cook. Cook frozen chuck roast in the instant pot for 90 minutes. If thawed, cook for 60 minutes. You can do a quick release once the cooking time is over or let it release on it's own.
Slow Cooker
Cook. Cook thawed beef in the slow cooker on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
Prep the beef to serve. Using two forks, shred the beef in the instant pot or slow cooker.
Serve. Serve on corn tortilla shells or gluten-free flour shells. Top with your favorite toppings such as lettuce, cilantro, and salsa.
