Our gluten-free sweet potato fries are crisp on the outside, tender on the inside and cook in just 30 minutes. Learn how to cut a sweet potato into matchstick fries that roast perfectly every time.
Preheat the oven. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place lined baking sheet into the oven to heat.
⭐️Peel and cut the sweet potatoes. Peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them lengthwise into 4ths. Slice. Cut the slices in half if they are too wide.

Season the sweet potatoes. Add sliced sweet potatoes to a medium-sized bowl. Add the olive oil and seasoned salt. Stir using clean hands.

Spread sweet potatoes onto the pan. Carefully remove the hot pan. Place sweet potatoes onto the pan, spacing so they have room to cook.
⭐️Bake. Bake the sweet potato fries for 20 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 5-10 minutes depending on how crisp you like your fries. Enjoy hot dipped in ketchup or your favorite sauce.

Seasonings: For savory seasonings, consider sprinkling any combo of course salt, white or black pepper, garlic salt, paprika or onion powder. For a sweeter seasoning, cinnamon is delicious!Sauce: For a quick and delicious dipping sauce combine 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing with 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce. Leftovers: Fries are best served the day they are baked. If you have leftovers, store in the fridge in an airtight container.
