Blend the ingredients. To a mixing bowl add the powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons soy milk, almond extract, and salt. Blend well. If the icing is too thick add an additional soy milk 1 teaspoon at at time to get to the desired consistency.

Tips To Making Homemade Icing Gluten Free
If the icing is too thick add an additional soy milk 1 teaspoon at a time to get to the desired consistency.
If too thin, add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar to the icing at a time until the preferred consistency is reached.
Store homemade icing in the refrigerator covered until ready to use. If needed microwave for 5-10 seconds prior to drizzling.
