A Vidalia onion sweet dip that's packed with flavor from caramelized Vidalia onions, sour cream, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and spices. Use as a dip with vegetables, potato chips, or crackers. Gluten-free.

Instructions
⭐️Caramelize the onions. In a skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil and onions. Sautee for about 6 minutes. Stir and add the water. Turn down heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until onions are browned, stirring occasionally.
2 large Vidalia onions, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 cup water
Blend the dip. In a small mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, mayo, worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, minced onion flakes, salt and pepper. Blend with a hand held mixer.
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mayo, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion flakes, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
⭐️Add the onions to the dip. Carefully place cooked onions onto the cutting board. Coarsely chop the onions then add them to the dip mixture. Use a spoon to gently stir them in. Refrigerate until serving with fresh veggies or gluten-free crackers.

Storing
Any leftover dip can be stored in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 3 days. It is a great dip to keep on hand to snack on during the week, serve as an appetizer before dinner or even pack in lunches.
