Our easy fruit salad for kids features a bright dressing made of pineapple juice, vanilla pudding mix, honey, and poppy seeds. Use fruit on hand or make it patriotic colors by using blueberries, strawberries, and apples. Gluten-free.
Add dressing to the salad. Pour the dressing onto the fruit salad. Gently mix. Pour into the serving bowl. Refrigerate or serve.

Incorporate a variety of fruits such as peaches, nectarines, tangerines, apricots, blackberries, raspberries, bananas, kiwi, grapes, dragon fruit, watermelon, pineapple, cantaloupe or honeydew.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Swap the pineapple juice with lemon or orange juice if desired.
