Add the ingredients to a blender. To your blender add blueberries, spinach, milk, yogurt, flax seeds, and honey if using. Puree until well mixed. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup spinach, 2/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 tablespoon flax seeds, 1 tablespoon honey, optional
