⭐️Puree in the blender. Place the onion, oil, vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, paprika, and pepper into a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
1 large Vidalia onion, cut into quarters, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Serve. Use right away or store in the refrigerator.
