Combine the ingredietns. In a jar with a lid, add the vinaigrette ingredients, shake to stir
2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, freshly squeezed lemon to taste, salt and pepper to taste
Serve. Drizzle on your favorite salad or vegetables.
