A Crunch Wrap Supreme Recipe that's just like Taco Bell. This Crunchwrap recipe uses extra-large tortillas, Greek yogurt, and plenty of cheese making this a simple but delicious recipe! Gluten-free.
⭐️ Prepare the meat mixture. In large skillet over medium high heat brown the meat, then drain. Add the packet of taco seasoning and can of diced tomatoes. Stir, then remove from heat.
1 pound lean ground beef, 1 packet gluten-free taco seasoning, 15 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies
⭐️ Heat a skillet. Heat a clean pan, or griddle over medium heat.
Microwave the tortillas. Wrap a large tortilla in dampened paper toweling. Heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. Repeat before making the next crunch wrap. Skip this step if you are using regular flour tortillas.
6 large gluten-free tortillas
Assemble the crunch wrap. Place about a 1/3 cup of meat mixture onto the center of the large tortilla. Place a tostada on top of the meat. Spread with Greek yogurt. Add cheese, salsa, cheese sauce (if using), and lettuce on top of the tostada.
6 tostadas, 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese, 1 cup shredded lettuce, 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup salsa, optional: nacho cheese sauce, 6 small gluten-free tortillas
Wrap the Crunch Wrap. Top with the smaller tortilla then bend the corners of the large tortilla around the top to seal shut.
⭐️ Cook. Spray pan or griddle with plenty of non-stick cooking spray or brush with oil. Cook crunch wrap for 3 minutes on each side, or until browned. Serve immediately.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can also prep all the ingredients to have on hand then assemble and cook when ready.
