How To Make Baked Turkey Burgers In The Oven
- Preheat the oven and prep your pan. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking pan with tin foil for easy clean-up.
- Combine the ingredients. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, relish, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and spinach. Using your hands, mix until combined.
- Form the turkey patties. Using your hands, divide the meat into 4ths. Form patties, pushing the center in just a little to prevent the patty from being mounded once cooked. Place the patties onto the baking pan.
- Bake the turkey burgers. Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve hot on the brioche buns topped with your favorite garnishes.
