Ingredients
- 4 ounces tortilla chips
- 8 ounces cooked steak, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup canned corn, drained

How To Make
- Preheat the oven. Turn your oven to broil.
- Layer the ingredients. Spread the tortilla chips onto the bottom of the skillet. Top with steak, black beans, corn, and cheese.
- Broil. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Add toppings. Add the topping of choice including black olives, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
PRO TIP: Broil nachos on low while keeping a close eye on the skillet to prevent burnt chips.

Add the leftover nachos back into a skillet and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes to reheat. Then, top with any remaining toppings. Make sure to remove any shredded lettuce before reheating so it isn’t soggy. If you have an air fryer, this is also a fantastic way to get crisp reheated chips.
