How To Assemble Our S’mores Charcuterie Board
Prep the board: Place frosting, caramel, and marshmallows into bowls. I find it works best to place them onto the board then assess how much space there is and adjust the size of the bowls to ensure there is enough space for the items you want to add. Place the skewers into a mason jar. Arrange these onto your board or tray.
Arrange the board: Add the Hershey bars, graham crackers, Oreos, chocolate honeygrams, and Reese’s peanut butter cups. Add the strawberries and raspberries to fill the empty spaces. The board looks prettiest when filled in well so add additional fruit or candy to fill in empty spaces.
Alternative Ingredient Ideas
Make your dessert board simple or extravagant! Here is a list of ideas that can be placed on the board in addition or in place of any ingredient.
Fruit
Fruit works well on a S’more Charcuterie Board because it provides a refreshing contrast to the rich, sweet flavors of marshmallows and chocolate. The natural sweetness and tartness of fruits like strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries balance the board, while their juicy, crisp textures complement the soft and crunchy components of s’mores. The vibrant colors of the fruits make the board extra beautiful.

- Blackberries
- Figs
- Dates
- Raisins
