Ingredients
- 3 ounces tofu, drained and cubed
- 1 small banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 cup almond milk or any kind of milk
How To Make
Blend the smoothie
Add the tofu, banana, peanut butter, flax seeds, and milk. For this tofu smoothie recipe, we use unsweetened almond milk.
Next, puree the smoothie and serve. Garnish with a banana slice and a dab of peanut butter.

- Cut fresh fruits and vegetables into small chunks before freezing to make it easier to blend
- Add green veggies such as kale or spinach to the freezer bag for added nutrients without compromising flavor
- Swap plain yogurt for Greek yogurt to boost the protein
- Adjust the amount of milk to alter the smoothie consistency by adding more for a thinner smoothie or less for a thicker smoothie

Smoothie packs can stay frozen for up to 3 months. Prep and freeze as many packs as you have room for or think you will blend together before that 3 month mark.
Use smoothie packs as a snack or complete meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can even create dessert smoothies by adding dark chocolate or cocoa powder as an ingredient to curb your sweet tooth.
Freezer Smoothie Packs
Smoothie packs can be made with ziplock bags or stasher bags depending on your preference. Quart-size bags make for perfect single servings. You can write the ingredients or name of smoothie on the outside of the bags prior to freezing. Plus, write “add milk” on the outside of the bag. This helps everyone at home to easily find and create the smoothie they are craving!
Add ingredients to the ziplock bag
Add the tofu, banana, peanut butter, and ground flax seeds to the ziplock bag. If there are any other ingredients that sound good to you, this is the opportunity to mix them in! Chia seeds, cinnamon and spinach all make great additions to this tofu smoothie.
Remove air and seal the bag. Write on the outside to add 1 cup of milk. Then, place the bag in the freezer to freeze.

Ingredients
- 3 ounces tofu, drained and cubed ✅

- Add ingredients to the ziplock bag. Add the tofu, banana, peanut butter, and ground flax seeds to the ziplock bag. Remove air and seal. Write on the outside to add 1 cup of milk. Smoothie Freezer Packs:
- Add smoothie ingredients to freezer bag (except the milk).
- Remove air and seal bag.
