How To Cook Frozen Vegetables
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the parchment paper lined baking sheet into the oven to heat while the oven preheats.
Place frozen vegetables onto the baking tray
Carefully remove the hot baking sheet from the oven. Place the frozen vegetables onto the tray. Spray well with avocado cooking spray or another high-heat spray. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and flip the frozen vegetables. Continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes or until crisp and browned. Serve hot.
Roasted Vegetable Seasoning Ideas
There are many great options for California blend vegetables seasoning. Pick one of these ideas or a combination for this roasted vegetable medley!
- Olive oil. Drizzle EVOO over the top of the roasted vegetables after roasting.
- Garlic. Sprinkle garlic salt or garlic powder over the top or toss fresh sliced garlic on the baking tray prior to roasting.
