How To Make Cauliflower Florets
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the parchment paper lined baking sheet into the oven to heat while the oven preheats.
Place cauliflower onto the baking tray
Carefully remove the hot baking sheet from the oven. Place the cauliflower onto the tray. Spray well with avocado cooking spray or another high-heat spray. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and flip the cauliflower. Continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes or until crisp and browned. Serve hot.

- Avocado oil. Drizzle cauliflower florets with avocado oil or another high heat oil instead of cooking spray before roasting.
- Roasted cauliflower parmesan. Top florets with grated or shredded parmesan after removing from the oven.
- Turmeric cauliflower. Sprinkle on top of cauliflower before or after roasting.
- Seasoned cauliflower. Sprinkle with garlic powder, red pepper flakes, onion powder, oregano or any other desired spice after roasting for a flavor boost.
