Frequently Asked Questions
You can freeze fresh Brussels sprouts by blanching in water for 2-3 minutes then placing in an ice bath before freezing for up to 6 months in a Ziploc bag or container.
Yup, there is no need to slice the Brussels in half to roast.
Not necessarily, the parchment paper does make for an easy clean-up. If opting not to use, spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray before adding the vegetables.
Storage & Reheating Instructions
Keep the bag of brussels sprouts completely frozen prior to using by storing in the freezer. After roasting, store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days then reheat in the microwave or in the oven until hot.
We do not recommend refreezing leftovers as the Brussels sprouts do not hold up well when thawed.
