How To Make
In a large stockpot add the sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a rolling boil over medium-low heat. Once boiling, cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients
Remove the stockpot from heat. Stir in the cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Add the oats and stir well.
Form the cookies
Using a cookie scoop or spoons drop the batter onto the parchment paper and let cool.
