This no-bake dessert is prepped in just 20 minutes then left to chill for an hour. Prepare the day of or make-ahead then store in the fridge for up to 2 days.

How To Make No-Bake Cheesecake
In a medium-sized bowl combine the crushed vanilla wafers and the melted butter for the gluten-free cheesecake crust.
Fill the liners with crust
Place 25 muffin liners on a baking sheet. Place a tablespoon full of crumbs into the mini muffin liners then use a small cup to firmly press down.
Make the filling
To a large mixing bowl add the cream cheese, pudding mix, milk, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Place 1-2 tablespoons of filling onto each crust. Use the back of a spoon to gently smooth the filling.
Refrigerate
Chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve
Garnish with the cherry pie filling and serve cold.
