How To Make
In a nonstick skillet melt the butter over medium-low heat. Crack the eggs into the pan. Depending on the size of the pan you might need to cook 2 at a time.
If the egg white spread more than you’d like (fresh eggs don’t spread as much), use the flipper to remove the excess egg white. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook
Cook for 3 minutes or until the egg whites are opaque. Carefully flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, until the edges start getting crispy. Gently press down on the center of the egg to ensure it’s cooked through.
Serve
Serve eggs hot as is or on top of a breakfast favorite.
