Air Fry Salmon
Air fried salmon not only creates a delicious meal but is an excellent source of nutrition for the whole family.
Salmon provides Omega-3 fatty acids, essential fatty acids that we can only obtain through foods we eat (our bodies cannot make them). Plus, vitamin D and B-vitamins, nutrients needed for growth and development.

- 1 pound frozen salmon ✅
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dill ✅
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make
Place frozen salmon fillets onto the air fryer tray. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F. Air fry for 5 minutes.
Blend the spices
While the salmon is baking blend the olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Brush the salmon with spices and finish baking
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer. Using a pastry brush to brush the olive oil blend onto the salmon fillet.
Return to the air fryer and fry for an additional 7-9 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.

Air frying salmon then serving as the center of the plate or incorporated into a family favorite recipe is a great option any night of the week.
This seasoned salmon can be served alongside any side dish such as Roasted Broccoli and Carrots, Mashed Potato Bites, Pan Fried Sliced Potatoes, Gluten Free Sweet Potato Fries, Gluten Free Corn Casserole, and Baked Sweet Potato Slices.

The total cooking time will depend on your air fryer model. Start by cooking as written then check the internal temp. If at 145°F, it can be removed from the air fryer and served. If not, cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the temp is reached.
