Kick off this recipe by bringing a large stockpot of water to a boil. Cook the gluten-free pasta for about 7 minutes or until al dente. Drain.

Next, add the olive oil to a heated skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onions until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.
