How To Make
Add the beef and seasonings to the instant pot or slow cooker
Place the chuck roast into the instant pot or slow cooker. Add the beef broth, taco seasoning ingredients, and lime juice.
Prep the beef to serve
Using two forks, shred the beef in the instant pot or slow cooker.
Serve
Serve on corn tortilla shells or gluten-free flour shells.
Instant Pot Directions
Cook frozen chuck roast in the instant pot for 90 minutes. If thawed, cook for 60 minutes. You can do a quick release once the cooking time is over or let it release on its own.
Slow Cooker Directions
Cook thawed beef in the slow cooker on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
