How To Make
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Then, place a wire rack onto the baking pan and spray the rack with nonstick cooking spray. The wire rack is key to creating crispy tenders. If you don’t own a wire rack, flip the chicken tenders halfway through to crisp each side.

In one of the flat bottom bowls combine the baking mix with the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the eggs to the other bowl, whisk.
Dip the chicken tenders
Dip the chicken tenders into the eggs, into the flour mixture, back into the eggs, then the flour again. Place onto the wire rack. Repeat with all the chicken.
Bake
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature hits 165°F.

Cooking tips and suggestions for kids making this recipe.
- Cooking the tenders on top of a wire rack helps to crisp each side of the tenders. If you don’t have a wire rack, you can flip the tenders every 5 minutes until cooked.
- Level off the measuring spoons when measuring spices and always measure over the counter or a separate bowl then add to the mixing bowl to prevent spills.
- After dipping all the chicken tenders, discard the egg and flour bowls. Since you added raw chicken to these, you do not want to store any leftovers.
