Camping Banana Boats are a fun dessert or snack recipe for kids of all ages that can be made in the oven or over the campfire.
My family has always thought outside the box when it comes to camping-themed snacks. And while we all love a good old-fashioned s’more, Banana Boats over the fire and Campfire Smores Cones tend to be a bit more exciting and fun to make!
S’mores Banana Boats really are a unique twist on traditional smores. This recipe can be made indoors or outdoors in the oven or over the campfire. Perfect for kids of all ages – add to the snack list for your next camping adventure or serve as dessert any day of the week.
Kids absolutely love building their own banana boats – they can get so creative with the s’more toppings. Encourage them to gather the equipment and ingredients then follow the step-by-step instructions listed in the recipe card to create this tasty treat.
