Description

Easy Baked Chicken Thighs are an easy and delicious weeknight meal that your family is sure to enjoy. The perfect 30-minute dinner!


Ingredients

  • 6-8 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper toweling
  3. Place chicken thighs onto a baking pan or in an oven-safe skillet
  4. Sprinkle seasonings onto chicken thighs
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered or until your thermometer reads 165 degrees
  6. For crisper skin, broil for 1-2 minutes, watching to not burn spices
