Kids In The Kitchen
Cooking tips and suggestions for kids making this recipe.
- Practice safe knife skills then slicing the eggs in half. If the eggs are a little wobbly when slicing, ask a helper to assist.
- The egg yolk mixture should be thick and creamy to make it easy to fill the egg whites.
- Fold the top of the Ziploc bag over a tall glass to avoid getting the mixture on the outside of the bag. Fill the bag with the mixture (just over half full). Twist the top, cut the corner and gently squeeze until the eggs are filled.
