Absolutely, choose thick cut chicken breasts or thighs that are boneless or bone-in.
The pork is likely dry because thick cut chops weren’t used, or the cooking time wasn’t followed as written. The cooking time does need to be decreased if cooking thin cut pork chops.

Oven: Preheat oven to 300°F then place thawed pork chops into a baking dish and cook until hot.
It is not recommended to heat leftovers straight from the freezer but instead thaw overnight in the fridge to reheat the next day.
