How To Make

For best results, chill until you are ready to serve. Pairs well with any coconut shrimp recipe or white fish.
Substitutions
- Add more or less horseradish to adjust the zippy flavor and add a squeeze of fresh lime juice or splash of rice vinegar.
- Use dairy-free mayo for a dairy-free version
- Try peach marmalade rather than orange
- Try Dijon mustard instead of honey mustard for a different flavor profile
- Add a little freshly squeezed orange juice and a little orange zest for a brighter orange flavor
- To bump this sauce to a medium heat, add a touch of hot sauce, red pepper flakes, or swap regular mayo for sriracha mayo.
- Swap the marmalade for Thai chili sauce or Thai sweet chili sauce (found in the Asian food section of the grocery store)
- For an extra coconut punch, swap the mayo for full-fat coconut milk or even pina colada mix.
