Place the burgers onto the broiling pan or baking sheet. Season with half of the seasoned salt.
Broil
Broil for 3 minutes then flip and season the other side of the burgers with seasoned salt. Continue to cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the internal temperature hits 140° for a medium burger.
Adjust time for rare or well done. Add the cheese and place the tray back into the oven for about 20 seconds or until the cheese starts to melt.
