- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ✅

How To Make
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line the baking pan with tinfoil for quick cleanup.
Combine the ingredients
In a large bowl combine the chicken, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, pickle relish, dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use clean hands to blend until combined.
Form the chicken burgers
Divide the meat mixture into 5ths. Form into a patty, gently pushing down to flatten, indenting the center just a little. Repeat.
Bake
Bake the burgers for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature hits 165°F.
Serve
Serve hot on buns.

- Remember to always wash your hands frequently when handling raw chicken.
- The thicker you make the burgers, the longer it will take for the burgers to bake.
- To check the internal temperature, insert a meat thermometer into the center of the burger and watch until it reaches 165 degrees F. If it doesn’t, return the burgers to the oven for at least another 5 minutes then recheck the temperature.

Where do you buy tinfoil? My stores only carry aluminum because tin is a different element, than aluminum, does it matter?

Hi DeeBray. Sorry for the confusion, I looked at what I have and it too is aluminum foil. I think it’s my midwestern upbringing that we use the term tinfoil. I have no idea why! 🙂
